The concept master plan study was initiated to provide comprehensive and consolidated design solution to provide an integrated resort development in 5 different land parcels. The concept land use and mster plan suggests a linear backbone access that runs through the middle of the development which connects low density luxury beachfront villas, medium density townhouse to the higher density resort hotel. The MICE and grand garden has a separate tourists access from the common public parking at the back street not to disturb private guest groups from the group tourists.
